1. Turn on the thermal glue book binding machine.

2. The heating slot of the hot melt binding machine begins to preheat, and the preheating time is about one minute.

3. Arrange the text files that need to be bound and put them in a thermal binding machine cover, especially the spine of the book needs to be arranged and aligned.

4. Please select the amount of document according to the appropriate binding volume of the thermal binding machine.

5. Put the sorted documents into the heating tank of the machine, and make sure that the spine of the book is in flat contact with the heating plate of the machine.

The text after hot-melt binding must be placed in the cooling slot after the thermal binding glue strips is completely cooled before turning over.

Precautions for using hot melt automatic binding machine:

1. When the thermal glue book binding machine is working, do not touch the binding slot and heat dissipation hole with your hands to avoid accidental burns. At the same time, avoid any objects covering the thermal book binding machine.

2. Before binding, please put the documents neatly into a thermal binding cover of suitable specifications;

3. When not in use, please turn off the power of the machine and unplug it to ensure the service life of the thermal binding machine;
